U-tube with a 180° bend
- comply with EU, ASME and many other standards
- bent according to individual bending plans/bending schedules
- made from seamless or welded tubes
- special designs available in a wide range of materials, e.g. carbon steels, stainless steels and special alloys
The roundness of the tube? Preserved as much as possible.
The wall thickness? Remains as unaffected as possible.

Finned U-tube
Welded seams are weak points. That is why we do not simply weld finned tubing and bent tubing together. Instead, we bend the tubing while it is already finned.
- available only as a special solution (this should be enquired about and agreed upon before the design stage. High-finned tubes are technically only possible if certain parameters are met)
- bent according to an individual bending plan/bending specification
- generally not finned in the bent section
- machined entirely to the customer’s specifications
The quality? Checked using proven methods. The thermal conductivity? Increased by 40%. Your heat exchanger? Maximum efficiency.
Testing U: Our Services
When it comes to quality, we never cut corners. That is why we also offer a range of tests for tubes and tube bends.

- Specialised tests, e.g. investigations into residual stresses in tube bends, etc.
The best results come from teamwork. That is why we also work with external partners for further tests. For example:

- Annealing of components with extreme dimensions
